Please read these terms together with our Refund Policy and the information shown before you place an order.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
Please check the product description, size, ingredient list, instructions and warnings before ordering. If information is unclear, contact us before purchasing.
Photographs are illustrative, and screen settings can affect colour. Any variation must not materially change the product’s description, quality or agreed characteristics.
Personalised recommendations mean suggestions based on your stated preferences. They do not mean that products are individually manufactured, prescribed or medically tailored to you.
Stop use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice where appropriate.
Our website, questionnaire and customer communications provide general cosmetic information, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Individual results vary.
These statements do not remove our responsibility to supply safe products that are satisfactory, fit for purpose and as described.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt and is not, by itself, acceptance.
We accept your order when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.
If we cannot accept or fulfil your order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken for goods we will not supply.
If you notice an error in your details, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch, but we will explain the available options.
The total payable, including applicable taxes we collect and delivery charges, is shown before you complete your purchase.
If a material pricing or description error is discovered before acceptance, we will explain it and offer you the choice of proceeding on the corrected basis or cancelling for a refund. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.
Once an order is accepted, any proposed change must respect the agreed contract and your statutory rights.
Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined. Any exclusions or qualifying spending thresholds will be disclosed before purchase.
The ending or amendment of a promotion does not retrospectively change an accepted order.
Your consumer rights apply equally to sale items.
Unless a different period is agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of accepting your order.
If delivery is late, you may have the right to set an appropriate additional deadline and cancel if we fail to meet it. In certain circumstances, including where an agreed delivery date was essential, you may be entitled to cancel without allowing additional time.
Goods remain our responsibility until you, or someone you nominate, physically receives them. A legal exception may apply where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.
Contact us if goods are missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Any import duties, local taxes or handling charges not included in the checkout total will be identified as applicable before you order, including who is responsible for them. Where their amount cannot reasonably be calculated, we will explain that additional charges may be payable.
Mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country remain unaffected.
We remain your seller even where a fulfilment partner sends your order. You do not have to pursue the manufacturer or supplier instead of us to exercise your rights against us.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, commit fraud or infringe others’ rights.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks. This does not remove our obligations concerning existing purchases.
Any separate commercial arrangement must be expressly agreed. Do not submit another person’s confidential information or intellectual property without permission.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breaches of your statutory rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not deprive consumers living elsewhere of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in their local courts where applicable.
